How to Request a Refund:

Situations Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Setup Challenges: If you experience difficulties setting up your system or device, we can guide you through it, but refunds are not offered for these issues.
  • Occasional Service Disruptions: Interruptions or downtime may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as internet instability or temporary server issues. These do not qualify for a refund.
  • Trial Period: We provide a trial period to help you assess our services. If you encounter issues during this period, please reach out for assistance.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for personal reasons or changes of mind.
  • Monthly Subscription: Refunds are not offered for monthly subscription fees. The trial period allows you to evaluate our services before committing.

Refund Conditions:

  • Timing: Refund requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase. Requests after this period are not eligible.
  • Processing: Refunds are typically processed within 20 to 31 working days, but may take up to 90 days depending on the payment processor.

Our Commitment in Case of Major Disruptions:

If a service disruption on our end prevents you from accessing your IPTV subscription for over 48 hours, we will issue a full refund and extend your subscription for the duration of the outage, plus a bonus for the inconvenience.
